Project: Innovative 224 unit mixed-use, mixed-income apartment tower proposed for a vacant Chicago Loop site. The innovative residential program included 70% co-living and 30% LIHTC affordable artists apartments plus a medical clinic and small business friendly commercial uses and a revitalized Pritzker Park. Construction proposed environmentally friendly mass timber with zero waste operations. Runner up for the C40 environmental impact award.
