Project:  Adaptive reuse of multiple commercial buildings to 58 affordable artists apartments, an attractive dinner venue, an arts school and theater funded with LIHTCs and historic tax credits.  Located in historic downtown Aurora, IL, the project supports Aurora’s award-winning Paramount Theatre with residences for visiting and permanent performers and staff, and adds vitality to the City’s re-emerging downtown area.
