Project: Multi-site project including two bond-financed LIHTC housing projects, a community health clinic, plus smaller commercial uses will revitalize this area of Chicago's South Shore neighborhood. First phase with 43 apartments is funded with tax-exempt bonds and TIF as an INVEST South/ West RFP award winner.
